High thermal efficiency - energy-saving
The Fushide boiler adopts a center offset wet back co current combustion three return structure, and the furnace body adopts a large furnace design, with a wide furnace and sufficient smoke pipes, effectively increasing the radiation heating surface and improving the thermal efficiency of the boiler;
Spiral guide vanes are arranged inside the furnace flue tube, which increases the flue gas flow, prolongs the heat exchange time, and effectively improves the thermal efficiency;
The wet back structure prevents the tube plate from being washed away by high-temperature flue gas, greatly extending the service life of the boiler;
The furnace adopts a waveform furnace, which has good thermal expansion and reasonable airflow design. The temperature field inside the furnace is uniform and effectively absorbs flame heat, effectively suppressing the generation of nitrogen oxides (NOx). In addition, reliable imported burners ensure that the fuel is fully burned;
After utilizing energy-saving technology, the average thermal efficiency of the Fushide steam boiler series is over 98%, and the exhaust temperature is below 90 ℃;

Technology - Environmental Protection
Fushide boilers are equipped with burners with high combustion efficiency. Through low nitrogen burners and emission reduction technology, Fushide boilers can achieve environmental standards for nitrogen oxide (NOx) emissions, with NOx emissions ≤ 30mg/m ³;
The design of a large furnace is beneficial for the full combustion of fuel and the reduction of furnace heat load, thereby effectively reducing nitrogen oxide emissions and meeting environmental protection requirements.

Intelligence - Control
The boiler is equipped with an automation control system, using a PLC programmable controller+touch screen control method. In response to the trend of digitalization and intelligence, our company's self-developed controller has the advantages of intuitive operation and strong scalability. The operating pressure of the boiler can be set according to the needs, and this system can be digitally set and automatically adjusted;
Manual/automatic integrated switches have been set up for water treatment, circulating water pumps, and boiler feedwater pumps, and small/large fire integrated switches have been set up for the combustion engine for easy maintenance;
PLC programmable controller+module+supporting instruments, expandable variable frequency control, climate compensation, multi boiler linkage control, centralized control, remote control, etc;

Convenience - Design
Both the front and rear smoke boxes are equipped with a pair of smoke box doors for easy cleaning and maintenance of the smoke pipes;
The tail of the boiler is equipped with a fire observation hole for accurate observation of flame combustion. The top is equipped with a platform, guardrail, and manhole, and the bottom is equipped with a cleaning hole for easy maintenance and inspection operations;
The boiler is equipped with two water level gauges, one in color and one in black and white, to avoid misreading the water level due to incorrect color readings;

Boiler system
The fully automatic fuel (gas) steam boiler (horizontal) adopts a wet back co current combustion three return structure. We have effectively solved the problems of enhanced heat transfer, heat loss, adaptability to load changes, sealing, and reasonable expansion and contraction of the boiler structure. The fuel burns under slight positive pressure inside the furnace chamber, and the high-temperature flue gas undergoes radiation heat transfer along the waveform furnace chamber. It then bends 180 ° backwards to the tail of the furnace chamber and enters the second return flue pipe. It flows back to the front flue box and bends 180 ° before entering the third return flue pipe for convective heat transfer. From the rear flue box, it enters the condenser for S-shaped convective heat transfer, and finally is discharged into the atmosphere through the chimney. This series of boilers has a compact and reasonable structure, a long operating cycle, and easy installation, maintenance, and operation. Equipped with imported burners and boilers, fully automatic program control and interlock protection, high degree of automation, high thermal efficiency, meeting user requirements.

Boiler structural characteristics
1) Based on the principle that the radiation heat transfer in the furnace is proportional to the fourth power of the temperature, we have optimized the design of the heating surface. The waveform furnace has a large proportion of total heat absorption and good expansion and contraction properties.
2) Axisymmetric downward bias, wet backed co current combustion three return structure, avoids the disadvantage of the dry backed structure that the smoke box is easily damaged by high-temperature flue gas and has to be frequently shut down for repair, prolongs the normal operation cycle of the boiler, and reduces maintenance costs; The integrated rear smoke box has a simple structure and is easy to operate, operate, and maintain.
3) After heat exchange between the furnace chamber and the first return smoke tube, the smoke temperature is already low when it reaches the front smoke box, making the manufacturing of the front smoke box simple.
4) Low exhaust temperature, minimal heat loss, and high thermal efficiency can be achieved.
5) This boiler uses centrifugal glass wool as insulation material, which has good insulation performance, light weight, and easy transportation and installation.
6) The upper part of the boiler is equipped with a manhole device, and the lower part is equipped with a cleaning device for easy maintenance and upkeep.
7) The manufacturing of this series of boilers shall be carried out in accordance with the requirements of JB/T1619-2002 "Technical Conditions for Manufacturing Shell Boiler Bodies", fully complying with national standards.

Electrical control
This series of boilers adopts a PLC automatic control system. The control system uses PLC as the control and data acquisition core, inputting the overpressure protection signal of the pressure controller, the water level control detection signal of the water level sensor, the extremely low water level detection electrode signal, the ultra-high water level detection electrode signal, the motor protection detection signal of the feedwater pump, and the various signals and overpressure protection signals of the pressure transmitter controlling the burner, making it rich in artificial intelligence and ensuring the safe and reliable operation of the boiler.
